Medical  Nutrition Therapy Sessions
One-on-one counseling for individuals with the following health concerns:​

Sessions include: Thorough review of health history, lifestyle factors, diet history, food preferences, emotional connections with food, and much more. Individual goals are developed and personalized suggestions and recipes will be provided each patient. 

How to pay: 
 Private pay and CenCal Health patients accepted. You may also choose to pay with HSA or FSA accounts. Patients are billed at time of visit or a package may be purchased as listed below. Cash, check or credit card. ​

What does it cost: Unless insurance is billed all sessions are $135 per hour. You may also choose to purchase a package of nutrition counseling sessions to obtain a discount on the hourly rate. The larger the package the greater the discount. Click on the links below for the package you would like to purchase. Once the package is purchased you will receive an email welcome and intake paperwork to fill out. I will also reach out to schedule our first session. ​
