Harvard health economist Katherine Baicker led a 2010 study, considered the gold standard in measuring wellness return on investment; it found that for every dollar spent on a wellness program, “medical costs fell by about $3.27 . . . and absenteeism costs fell by about $2.73.”

She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and presented the material in a manner that engaged our employees and prompted them to make healthier choices in their lives. I highly recommend Caitlin's expertise and services for any individual or organization." - Sean Chenoweth, CSP, Risk Manager Supervisor, Santa Maria-Bonita School District

"Our office has had the pleasure of having Caitlin Johnson come in for several nutrition presentations as a part of our Wellness Program over the past 2-3 of years.  Our team loves her!  She is very approachable, humorous, and non-judgmental.  She provides realistic suggestions and swaps for changes that anyone can make.  She cares about each individual and how she can help you make your life just a little bit healthier and therefore better.   If you are looking for a Wellness Partner for yourself or your organization, Caitlin is a great choice!"
